The Board comprises:
- Executive Directors, who are employees of the Trust.
- Non-Executive Directors (NEDs), who do not have a managerial role.
The NEDs constructively challenge the executive directors on the Trust’s strategy. Along with the executive directors, they are accountable for the Trust’s performance.
